Annual Fund Manager, Beck Center for the Arts

The Annual Fund Manager, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Development, will have primary responsibility for ensuring a successful annual fund and related campaigns and appeals. The Annual Fund Manager is responsible for growing the membership base, renewing, and upgrading member support, and strengthening relationships with current members below the major donor level. The candidate is accountable for meeting annual donation goals for donors who annually contribute $1,000 or less. This position is part of a four-person development team that implements a highly personalized and authentic donor engagement program, including donor communication and solicitation, prospect identification, research, tracking, solicitation, strategy, and task assignment. 

Access and Inclusion Manager, Cleveland Play House

The Access & Inclusion Manager (A&I Manager) will develop and implement Cleveland Play House’s diversity initiatives to attract, hire, support, and retain a diverse workforce. The A&I Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be focused on the needs of all CPH staff, guest artists, and apprentices. The A&I Manager will be a critical part of developing Cleveland Play House’s access and inclusion strategy across the organization. This position will work collaboratively with the human resources department and across the organization to build an inclusive, anti-racist culture. CPH has a very active commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and is working across the organization to achieve comprehensive EDI goals. The A&I Manager will be instrumental in building policies and practices that support that work.

Development Officer, University Hospitals

The Development Officer is responsible for the engagement, cultivation, and solicitation of potential donors to support the mission of University Hospitals.  The main focus of their fundraising efforts is securing gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations at the major gift ($100,000+) level.

Advancement and Marketing Administrative Coordinator, St Martin De Porres High School

Under the direction of the Vice President of Advancement, the Advancement and Marketing Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support and partner with the Advancement team as an integral contributor to the school’s philanthropic success. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and manage detail-oriented projects, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to put people first.

Marketing Manager, Cleveland History Center

Works closely with all areas within WRHS and associated with WRHS, including as needed, with the Board of Trustees, auxiliary groups, vendors, the news media, and the public. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager at Hale Farm & Village, the Advancement team, and the Leadership team to increase awareness and positive perceptions of WRHS and the Cleveland History Center, sell more memberships, and ultimately increase attendance at the CHC.

Artistic Associate, Cleveland Play House

Cleveland Play House (CPH) is seeking an Artistic Associate to join the artistic team. This position will be a combination of artistic administration & logistics, dramaturgy, and season planning. Responsibilities: Planning and managing digital engagement events called Inside CPH including but not limited to Pre-show conversations, Behind the Scenes, and Panel discussions; Participation in season planning process: reading & evaluating scripts, attending monthly all-staff script clubs, attending all season planning council meetings; Season Planning Logistics: scheduling meetings, correspondence, research projects; Planning & logistics for new play development workshops and readings; Attending and documenting weekly artistic staff meetings.

Regional Field Manager, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio

The Regional Field Manager coordinates and implements a field organizing program designed to increase the number of reproductive health activists in a multi-county region. The advocacy issues include family planning, contraceptive equity, and access to emergency contraceptives, comprehensive sex education and access to abortion.

Communications Specialist, Development, University Hospitals

Primarily responsible for development communications to support donor solicitation, cultivation and stewardship activities. Write and edit major gift proposals, focusing on gifts of $100,000 and above along with concept papers for approved fundraising priorities. Develop major gift stewardship reports, working directly with development officers to gather information and edit reports for delivery to donors. Write and edit development communications including acknowledgement letters and donor appeals. Use storytelling to communicate philanthropic impact via development publications and digital communications.

Advancement Associate, Cleveland Institute of Art

Under the supervision of the Director of Foundation Relations and in support of the office of Institutional Advancement the Advancement Associate is responsible for handling many of the day-to-day functions involved in managing the department’s various lines of contributed income, as well as supporting a comprehensive stewardship program. This is an outstanding and fun opportunity for an up-and-coming development professional to obtain broad exposure to many facets of fundraising and development.

Heritage Home Program Assistant, Cleveland Restoration Society

This is an administrative position where the applicant would be the main contact with homeowners seeking free Technical Assistance under the Heritage Home Program and would primarily respond to inquiries from the public. Responsibilities include: acting as first point of contact for clients on the phone and email, scheduling site visits, organizing and updating schedules and calendars for construction specialists and site visits, providing site visit follow-up, data entry in CRS proprietary database and assist Heritage staff with city reports. 

Artistic Digital Associate, Cleveland Play House

Cleveland Play House (CPH) is seeking an Artistic Digital Associate (ADA) to join the artistic team. The ADA will manage the technical and logistical aspects of CPH’s digital enrichment programs and audition processes. Responsibilities: Managing the scheduling, recording, and editing of CPH’s digital engagement programs including but not limited to pre-show conversations, Behind the Scenes events, Panel discussions, and digital elements of annual new play festival; Filming, editing, and uploading local casting sessions.

Education Coordinator, Akron Museum of Art

This position assumes primary responsibility for administrative tasks related to the museum’s K-12 School Tour program- coordinating all museum tours including communication with teachers, tour organizers, docents, and museum staff. Leads K-12 tours as a gallery teacher and assists with tour curriculum development.
