This position is a member of the Administrative Team which helps guide the work and fulfill the mission of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. The Grant Administration Manager leads and manages the team, creating strategies to achieve outcomes, managing daily work and performance. Patron Information Data Analyst – Cleveland Museum of Art
The Patron Information Data Analyst (PIDA) will be part of a small, dedicated team and is the museum’s technical specialist in visitor, donor, and member data and related business processes. The PIDA is the subject-matter expert in all visitor (physical and virtual), donor, and member-related data, as well as the systems that retain this data. S/he will support the specialized application needs of museum staff members by providing support, reporting, and specifications for enhancements of Tessitura, the museum’s CRM and ticketing system. S/he will also provide the necessary data analysis, data analysis tools, and advanced reporting necessary to optimize efficiency and quality and support the museum’s strategic goal of being a data-driven institution.

Educator Youth and Family Programs – Akron Art Museum
Assumes primary responsibility for youth and family programs (early childhood, non-school youth, and family audiences) including teaching studio classes, organizing events, and developing curriculum and resources. Assists with creating interpretive materials for youth and family audiences. Performs administrative duties within the department and assists with gallery teaching. Assistant General Manager – Cleveland Public Theatre
The role is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the CFO/GM and includes project-based assignments and problem-solving situations that reflect the GM’s portfolio of responsibilities. As a result, assignments may include facilities issues, I.T. management issues, procurement issues, vendor management and assessment, product, services, and software research, event logistics, office management, and more. As an operational role, this position will interact and provide support to all staff members and should have a strong “customer service” attitude. Candidates should be excited about solving problems with limited direction, self-teaching new skills, conducting research, quickly communicating the results, and recommending courses of action.
Business Manager – Cleveland Public Theatre
This role requires leadership and initiative, is part of a team-driven staff, and reports to the CFO/General Manager (GM). The role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of CPT’s financial operations as well as working with the CFO/GM on a range of financial management and human resource initiatives. Financial responsibilities include management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank accounts, other assets, and liabilities such as staff credit cards. This role is responsible for Human Resources (HR) records. This role consists of routine tasks, project-based assignments, and problem-solving situations that need to be balanced.
